The Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB61015) includes a wide range of core topics which reflect the key role of individuals who apply key knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of entrepreneurial enterprise and innovative industry contexts. This qualification equips students to use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. Entry criteria

IELTS 5.5 or equivalent (No band below 5.0).

Students who have not completed Year 12 (or equivalent) must have relevant work experience or a qualification that indicate a likely success of course completion.
