WHAT LEARNING LOOKS LIKE
Alongside the national curriculum, St Paul’s students have opportunities they won’t find at other schools. From Year 7, students can participate in our Entrepreneurs Club and potentially start their own business, design their own smartphone app and participate in development missions to less fortunate parts of the world.
THE THIRD TEACHER
All classrooms have three teachers: the teacher, fellow students and their actual learning environment. In fact, students’ learning environments have a huge impact on their learning. At St Paul’s, we research and identify the best learning environments for each class to help students achieve the best results. We call this approach – the Third Teacher.
Year 9 student Rhys Penny has had the opportunity to grow as a leader at St Paul’s through a variety of fields. Whether it is leading his cohort as Captain of the School’s Middle Years, leading the developing Rugby team, representing his School at State level for athletics, creating his own computer game in the classroom, or achieving superb academic results in English, Science and Math’s, Rhys has led the way for his fellow students in creating his own story.
